摘　　要：全球疫情危机给航空物流企业应急救援带来了巨大的挑战。尽管航空物流企业主动参与应急救援所带来的社会效应同样巨大,但对其发展模式和运营能力的考验也是极其严峻的。航空物流企业要想在疫情的不可预见性与应急救援的突发性的双重压力下健康成长,必须创新高质量发展战略模式。在后疫情时代的大背景下,以应急救援为研究视角,从应急救援的内涵界定和高质量发展的特征诠释出发,基于钻石模型构建了航空物流高质量发展潜质的评价指标体系;进而针对我国航空物流企业的现状及特点,设计了后疫情时代应急救援情景下航空物流高质量发展的战略金字塔模式,并从资源整合+流程优化+打造链式业务、加强合作+提升服务和营销能力、提高载运率三个维度制定了一系列航空物流企业高质量发展策略;最后立足生态回归,对应急救援情景下我国航空物流高质量发展的最高阶段进行了创新性探讨。The global epidemic crisis has brought great challenges to the emergency rescue of aviation logistics enterprises. Although the social effects brought by the active participation of aviation logistics enterprises in emergency rescue are also huge,the test of their development mode and operation ability is also extremely severe. In order to achieve healthy growth under the dual pressure of unpredictability of epidemic situation and sudden emergency rescue,it was necessary to innovate high-quality development strategic mode of aviation logistics. Under the background of the post-epidemic era,this paper selects emergency rescue as the research perspective,starts from the definition of the connotation of emergency rescue and the interpretation of the characteristics of high-quality development,and constructs the evaluation index system of high-quality development potential of aviation logistics based on diamond model. Then,according to the current situation and characteristics of China’s aviation logistics enterprises,this paper designs the high-quality development strategy pyramid mode of aviation logistics under the emergency rescue scenario in the post-epidemic era,and formulates a series of high-quality development strategies of aviation logistics enterprises from the three dimensions of resource integration + process optimization + building chain business,strengthening cooperation + improving ability of service and marketing,improving loading rate. Finally,based on ecological regression,this paper makes an innovative discussion on the highest stage of high-quality development of China’s aviation logistics under the emergency rescue scenario.
