预防性服务补救对降低18F-FDG静脉注射失误率的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨预防性服务补救对降低氟-18脱氧葡萄糖(^(18)F-FDG)显像剂静脉注射失误率的效果。方法:通过回顾分析我院^(18)F-FDG显像剂静脉注射失误案例,探讨导致失误主要影响因素,针对主要原因建立服务补救预警系统,采取预防性服务补救措施,制定标准化注射流程及标准化宣教内容、加强辐射防护和操作培训、优化防护设施及工作流程等,比较改进前后^(18)F-FDG注射失误率、护士注射^(18)F-FDG操作技能考核水平、辐射知识测评得分、护理质控督查合格率、护士负面情绪发生情况。结果:实施预防性服务补救措施后注射失误率(0.04%)低于改进前(0.35%)(P<0.05),日常操作护理质控督查合格率(92.8%)高于改进前(75.8%)(P<0.05),护士注射^(18)F-FDG操作技能考核得分由(78.57±5.78)分提升为(91.86±3.40)分,辐射防护认知得分由(73.29±6.92)分提升为(88.86±2.36)分,负面情绪得分由(53.14±3.18)分降至(25.86±5.40)分。结论:预防性服务补救用于^(18)F-FDG静脉注射管理,可有效地降低注射失误率,保证病人检查质量,同时可提升护士专业技能,有效缓解护士心理压力。Objective:To investigate the effect of preventive service on reducing the error rate of intravenous injection of fluoro-18 deoxyglucose(^(18)F-FDG)imaging agent.Methods:The cases of intravenous error of ^(18)F-FDG imaging agent in our hospital were reviewed and analyzed,and the main influencing factors were discussed.For the main reasons,a service remedy early warning system has been established,preventive service remedy measures have been taken,standardized injection procedures and standardized propaganda and education content have been formulated,radiation protection and operation training have been strengthened,protection facilities and work procedures have been optimized,etc.The error rate of ^(18)F-FDG injection,the assessment level of nurses′operation skills of ^(18)F-FDG injection,the evaluation score of radiation knowledge,the qualified rate of nursing quality control and supervision,and the incidence of nurses′negative emotions were compared before and after the improvement.Results:The injection error rate(0.04%)was lower than that before the improvement(0.35%)(P<0.05),and the qualified rate of daily operation nursing quality control(92.8%)was higher than that before the improvement(75.8%)(P<0.05).The score of nurses′^(18)F-FDG injection skill test increased from(78.57±5.78)to(91.86±3.40),the cognitive score of radiation protection increased from(73.29±6.92)to(88.86±2.36),and the negative emotion score decreased from(53.14±3.18)to(25.86±5.40).Conclusion:Preventive service recovery for intravenous injection management of ^(18)F-FDG can effectively reduce the injection error rate,ensure the quality of patient examination,improve the professional skills of nurses,and effectively relieve the psychological pressure of nurses.
