摘　　要：为了优化现有中等职业学校的数字化教学资源建设与应用机制,探索教学资源建设与管理新路径是有必要的。本文在供给侧改革经济学原理下,以需求为导向,对数字资源建设与应用进行改革。以东莞理工学校为例,依托东莞地区线上教育,通过优化激励机制和应用大数据等新技术推进数字教学资源建设与实践人优化应用。实践结果表明,新的方案能有效地解决当前数字资源建设与应用存在的问题。To optimize the existing construction and application of the digitalized teaching resources in secondary vocational schools,it is necessary to probe the building of the teaching resources and a new path of management.This paper introduces the innovation of the construction and application of digital resources under the guidance of needs analysis which complies with the economical principle of supply front.It takes Dongguan Science and Technology School as an instance,depending on the online education in Dongguan,describes the advancing of constructing and applying digital teaching resources through optimizing the institution of encouragement and employing the cutting-edge technologies such as big data,etc.The conclusion proves that the new scheme can efficiently solve the existing problems of the construction and application of digital resources.
