摘  要:以工业数据为基础,根据长链烷烃脱氢反应机理,建立了五集总反应动力学模型和催化剂失活动力学模型,并推导出工业脱氢双环径向反应器数学模型;采用序列二次规划方法同时优化计算动力学参数和流量分配系数;通过拟合催化剂活性变化趋势估计催化剂失活动力学模型参数。探究了操作条件对产物分布的影响,并根据建立的催化剂失活动力学模型合理调整操作条件,以提高目的产物收率或适当延长催化使用寿命。模拟结果表明,反应器进口温度前期476.7℃,中期480.2℃,后期484.2℃较为适宜;相应的反应器进口压力前期0.271 MPa,中期0.267 MPa,后期0.261 MPa较为适宜。模型拟合效果良好,可为工业生产提供指导。Based on industrial data and according to the reaction mechanism of heavy paraffin dehydrogenation,a five-lumped reaction kinetic model and a catalyst deactivation model were established,and the mathematical model of double-ring radial reactor for industrial dehydrogenation was also derived.The kinetic parameters and flow distribution coefficient were simultaneously optimized by sequential quadratic programming method,and the catalyst deactivation parameters were estimated by fitting the trend of catalyst activity.In addition,the influence of operating conditions on product distribution was investigated.According to the established catalyst deactivation model,operating conditions were reasonably adjusted to increase the yield of the target product or properly prolong the lifespan of catalyst.The simulation results show that it is appropriate that the inlet temperature of the reactor is 476.7℃in the early stage,480.2℃in the middle stage,and 484.2℃in the later stage,and the corresponding inlet pressure of the reactor is 0.271 MPa in the early stage,0.267 MPa in the middle stage,and 0.261 MPa in the later stage.The model has good fitting effect and can provide guidance for industrial production.
