摘  要:将超细全硫化粉末橡胶(ENPs)与硫化剂硫磺或促进剂N-叔丁基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺(TBBS)预先复合后再加入生胶中混炼并硫化,利用力学性能测试、NMR、DSC、DMA等方法分析了不同配方对硫化胶性能及结构的影响。实验结果表明,提前将ENPs与硫磺或TBBS复合后,可缩短起硫时间,提高交联密度,增加结合胶含量,减少Payne效应,所得硫化胶的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、磨耗性能和抗湿滑性均好于将ENPs直接共混所得硫化胶。提前将ENPs与硫磺或TBBS复合,有利于硫磺或TBBS在橡胶中分散均匀,从而更好地发挥作用。Ultrafine full-vulcanized powdered rubber(ENPS)was premixed with vulcanizing agent sulfur or accelerator N-tert-butyl-2-benzothiazolesulfonamide(TBBS),and then mixed with raw rubber for vulcanization.The effects of formulations on vulcanizates were analyzed by mechanical property test,NMR,DSC and DMA.The results show that through premixing ENPs with sulfur or TBBS,it can accelerate the vulcanization reaction,improve the crosslinking density,increase the content of bound rubber and reduce the Payne effect.The tensile strength,elongation at break,wear and wet skid resistance of the obtained vulcanizate are better than those directly mixed.Moreover,compounding ENPs with sulfur or TBBS in advance helps disperse sulfur or TBBS in rubber.
