摘  要:将微波消解与电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪相结合,对微波消解加酸量及硼酸加入量进行实验,确定了最佳用量,通过实验确定了微波消解温度及电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪的仪器参数。建立了一种微波消解—电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定低钛高碳铬铁合金中硅、磷、钛的检测方法。进行了检出限、加标回收率、准确度和精密度相关实验。该方法检出限在0.026~0.048μg/ml之间;加标回收率在95.00%~104.67%之间;精密度在2.94%~4.98%之间。实验结果的精密度和准确性满足生产检测的需求。This paper combines microwave digestion technology with inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy to establish a microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry for the determination of silicon,phosphorus,and titanium in low-titanium,high-carbon ferrochrome alloys.Experiments were carried out on the amount of acid and boric acid added,and the optimal amount was determined.The microwave digestion temperature and the instrument parameters of the inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer were determined through the experiment.Experiments related to detection limit,recovery rate of standard addition,accuracy and precision were carried out.The detection limit of this method is between 0.026~0.048μg/ml;the recovery rate of standard addition is between 95.00%~104.67%;the precision is between 2.94%~4.98%.The precision and accuracy of the experimental results meet the needs of production testing.
