品种钢转炉双渣法脱磷问题探讨与优化实践

摘  要:针对品种钢转炉双渣法脱磷效果差的问题,结合转炉脱磷机理和生产实践,对该问题的影响因素进行了分析并制定工艺优化优化方案。优化结果表明:热平衡控制差、未利用轻烧白云石进行固钛、脱磷期时间短是致使脱磷效果差的关键因素;工艺优化后双渣法脱磷率由88.28%提高至93.7%,一次倒炉磷命中率由58.6%提高至95%以上;转炉冶炼周期缩短1.9 min,日产炉数提高2炉次。可见,工艺优化后脱磷效果提升明显。Aiming at the problem of poor dephosphorization effect of double slag method of variety steel in BOF,combined with dephosphorization mechanism and production practice of BOF,the influencing factors of the problem are analyzed,and the process optimization test scheme is formulated.The results show that:the key factors of poor dephosphorization effect are poor heat balance control,not using light burned dolomite for titanium fixation and short dephosphorization period;After the process optimization,the dephosphorization rate of double slag method is increased from 88.28%to 93.7%,and the phosphorus hit rate of the first pouring is increased from 58.6%to more than 95%;The smelting cycle of converter is shortened by 1.9 min,and the number of heats per day is increased by 2 heats.It can be seen that the dephosphorization effect is significantly improved after process optimization.
