摘  要:为使顺序注射水质检测高效率、低成本,文中提出一种基于STM32的顺序注射水质在线监测系统。该系统以STM32为控制核心,通过注射泵、阀岛以及压力阀的顺序动作完成实验流路的控制;在由PT100、加热丝以及散热风扇构成的温度控制硬件系统上运行PID算法,以实现实验温度条件的控制;在消解池两侧安放光源与检测管,通过放大检测管的接收信号及计算有效值等一系列处理后得到实验光强,进而计算出吸光度,然后根据朗伯⁃比尔定律得到测量结果。最后增加故障检测、数据存储、数据上传等辅助功能,保证整个系统的稳定运行。实验结果表明,所提水质检测系统的检测效率得到大幅提高,检测成本降低,同时顺序注射水质检测的应用范围也有所拓展。A sequential injection water quality online monitoring system based on STM32 is proposed to achieve the high⁃efficiency and low⁃cost sequential injection water quality detection.In this system,the STM32 is used as the control core,and the experimental flow path is controlled by the sequential action of injection pump,valve terminal and pressure valve.The PID algorithm is run on the temperature control hardware system composed of PT100,heating wire and cooling fan to achieve the control of the experimental temperature conditions.The light source and detection tube are installed on both sides of the digestion tank.After a series of processing such as amplifying the received signal of the detection tube and calculating the effective value,the experimental light intensity is obtained,the absorbance is calculated,and then the measurement results are obtained according to Lambert Beer law.These auxiliary functions such as fault detection,data storage and data upload are added to ensure the stable operation of the whole system.The experimental results show that the detection efficiency of the proposed water quality detection system can be greatly improved,the detection cost can be reduced,and the application scope of the sequential injection water quality detection can be expanded.
