摘  要:传统的单项电能质量指标对变压器损耗分析在多项指标并存时的供电环境上存在缺陷。而目前有关变压器综合损耗研究大多采用反推法,未考虑指标间的关联效应,不能真实反映复合电能质量对变压器热性能的影响。为此,文中根据变压器处于多指标共存供电环境时的损耗特性,综合考虑指标间的因果与耦合关系,建立一种基于层次分析法的赋予指标权重的综合损耗计算模型,并将计算结果与反推值、实测值进行对比;然后,利用Icepak热仿真软件分析不同工况下变压器三维稳态⁃瞬态损耗热效应。研究结果表明:文中模型比传统损耗反推法与实测值更匹配,能够更加真实地反映和定量分析变压器的综合损耗;当工况由三相不平衡单独存在恶化成与谐波复合时,损耗热效应变化特征显著。The traditional loss analysis of transformer with single power quality index has defects in the power supply environment when multiple indexes coexisting.At present,the research on transformer comprehensive loss mostly adopts the backstepping method,without considering the correlation effect between indexes,which cannot truly reflect the impact of composite power quality on the thermal performance of transformer.For this reason,according to the loss characteristics of the transformer in a multi⁃index co⁃supply environment,and considering the causal and coupling relationship among indexes,a loss calculation model with index weight based on analytic hierarchy process is established,and the calculation results are compared with the backstepping value and the measured values.The thermal simulation software Icepak is used to analyze the temperature field of the three⁃dimensional steady⁃transient state loss thermal effect of transformer under different working conditions.The results show that the model proposed in this paper can match the measured value better than the traditional loss inverse method,and can more truly reflect and quantitatively analyze the comprehensive loss of the transformer.When the working condition is deteriorated from three⁃phase imbalance alone to the combination with harmonic,the variation characteristics of loss heat effect are significant.
