摘 要:生物医学工程材料的研发及其逐步应用于临床,为外科开展新材料置换手术提供了可能,但人工植入物相关的术后感染是影响手术是否成功和患者生活质量的关键因素,如何早期发现相关感染是临床亟须解决的问题。植入物相关感染的临床表现缺乏特异性,病程较长、发病隐匿,传统影像学检查的检出效果不理想。^(18)F-FDG PET/CT作为融合分子影像技术,已用于评估发热待查等炎症或感染性疾病。本文对^(18)F-FDG PET/CT检出人工血管感染、心脏植入式电子装置和骨关节假体相关感染方面的临床应用进行综述。With the development of biomedical engineering materials and their application in clinical practice gradually,it is possible for surgery to carry out new material replacement surgery.However,the postoperative infection related to artificial implants is a key factor affecting the success of surgery and patients'quality of life.It is urgent for surgeons to find out the related infection in time or in early stage.Due to the lack of specific clinical manifestations,long clinical course and occult disease,the detection effect of traditional imaging examination is not ideal.As a fusion molecular imaging technology,^(18)F-FDG PET/CT has been used in the evaluation of inflammatory or infectious diseases such as fever unknown.In this paper,the clinical application of ^(18)F-FDG PET/CT in the detection of artificial vascular infection,heart implantable electronic devices and bone and joint prosthesis related infections is briefly reviewed.
