摘  要:以药食兼用植物白背叶楤木根皮为试验材料,研究乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度、提取时间4个因素对总黄酮得率的影响,在此基础上,通过正交试验确定白背叶楤木根皮中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。结果表明:影响白背叶楤木根皮中总黄酮得率的顺序为温度>液料比>乙醇>提取时间,最优提取工艺参数组合为A_(1)B_(3)C_(3)D_(3),即:乙醇浓度40%、液料比1∶100 g/mL、提取温度97.8℃、提取时间3.5 h,总黄酮提取率为1.86%。In this paper,the root bark of Aralia alba was used as raw material to study the effects of ethanol concentration,materialliquid ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time on the total flavonoid yield.The best extraction process of total flavonoids in wood root bark.The results showed that the order of affecting the yield of total flavonoids in the root bark of Aralia chinensis var.nuda Nakai was temperature>liquid material ratio>ethanol>extraction time.The optimal combination of extraction process parameters of total flavonoids in the root bark of Aralia chinensis was A_(1)B_(3)C_(3)D_(3),namely:ethanol concentration 40%,liquid-to-material ratio 1:100g/mL,extraction temperature 97.8 degrees,extraction time 3.5h,the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 1.86%.
