摘　　要：“运筹学”课程对于专业人才培养有着不可替代的作用。“运筹学”课程建设需注重应用案例库、软件操作库和问答库等资源库的建设,并提升师生互动,实现正反馈式全链条培养。教学组应善于从中国共产党各种优良的精神中汲取思想政治元素融入“运筹学”课堂;从具体专业案例出发,抽象运筹优化问题,并将商学两用优化软件引入课堂;设计优质问答库提升学生的课堂参与度。教学组在学生培养过程中,应重视“运筹学”与其他课程知识的衔接,通过在线调查问卷等及时反馈教学效果,利用实际案例与科技竞赛等提高运用运筹学的知识能力。通过教改,进一步提升学生运筹优化思维、实践能力和解决实际问题的能力,培养大国工匠精神,激发家国情怀和使命担当,全面提高教书育人效果。Operations-research course plays an irreplaceable role in training professional talents. The construction of operations-research course needs to focus on the construction of resource libraries such as application case database, software operation database, question and answer database. Besides, enhancing teacherstudent interaction and realizing positive full-chain feedback training are also important to teaching quality. The teaching group should be good at absorbing ideological and political elements from various excellent spirits of the Communist Party of China and integrating them into the operations-research classroom. The teaching group should abstract the optimization problems from the actual cases and introduce the dual-purpose optimization software of business and learning into the classroom. What’s more, they should design high-quality quizzes to enhance student participation in the classroom. In the process of training students, we should pay attention to the connection between operational-research and other curriculum knowledge, timely feedback the teaching effect through online questionnaires, and improve the ability to use operational-research knowledge by means of actual cases and sciencetechnology competitions. Through education reform, we will further improve students’ operational planning and optimize thinking, practical ability and practical problem-solving ability, cultivate the craftsmen spirit of a great country, inspire the feelings of the family and country, and comprehensively improve the effect of teaching students.
