摘 要:为研究LPCV牛舍夏季舍内环境变化规律,为LPCV牛舍提供合理的湿帘风机运行方案,本文以沈阳地区某六排低屋面横向通风牛舍为研究对象,采用计算流体动力学(Computational fluid dynamics,CFD)方法,分别在沈阳夏季设计工况和极端最热工况下对舍内环境进行三维数值模拟,分析两种工况条件下舍内的温度和速度分布规律,确定两种工况下的湿帘风机运行方案。模拟结果表明,沈阳地区夏季设计工况条件下,风机全开,湿帘喷淋水采用常温水20℃时,舍内环境可满足舍内奶牛舒适性要求;在极端最热工况条件下,风机全开,喷淋水水温需降低至16℃时,舍内环境可满足舍内奶牛舒适性要求;两种工况条件下,1.2m高度截面上沿水平方向最大温度梯度不超过0.068℃/m,舍内平均速度不超过1.92m/s,气流不均匀系数最大为59.86%。同时,该湿帘风机降温模型可应用于我国其他地区LPCV牛舍的通风系统设计,根据不同地区设计参数进行模拟分析,确定通风系统夏季运行方案。In order to study the law of indoor environment change of LPCV dairy cattle barn in summer and provide the suitable fan-pad cooling system operating scheme. The object of study is a certain 6-row Shenyang low profile cross ventilated dairy cattle barn. Three-dimension computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method was carried out to simulate thermal condition inside the cattle building under design condition and extreme condition of Shenyang in summer, to analyse temperature and velocity distribution law inside the cattle building under both working conditions and get the operating scheme of fan-pad cooling system. Simulated results showed that while all fans were turned on and 20℃ room temperature water was used for wet pad spray water under the design condition, the indoor condition could satisfied the comfort requirements for cows. While all fans were turned on and wet pad spray water temperature drops to 16℃ under the extreme condition, the indoor condition could satisfied the comfort requirements for cows. With the air movement, temperature increased not exceeding 0.014 ℃ per meter in width dimension of Z=1.2 m and indoor mean velocity was not more than 1.92 m/s, air non-uniformity coefficient maximum was 59.86% under two working conditions. At the same time, the fan-pad cooling model can be applied to the ventilation system design of LPCV dairy cattle barn in other regions of China. According to the design parameters in different regions, the simulation analysis is carried out to determine the summer operation scheme of the ventilation system.
