摘　　要：李萍主任医师根据异病同治理论,发挥中医外治特色,对于部分局限性肥厚性慢性皮肤病如神经性皮炎、慢性湿疹、斑块型银屑病等,临床运用大风子膏封包联合蜈倍汤溻渍,能有效改善患者皮肤干燥、脱屑、肥厚及瘙痒等症状,疗效显著。Chief physician Li Ping gives play to the characteristics of TCM external therapy in light of the theory of treating different diseases by the same therapy,she treats part of limited hypertrophic chronic dermatosis including neurodermatitis,chronic eczema,plaque psoriasis,by Dafengzi ointment packeting and Wubei decoction soaking in clinic,the therapy could effectively improve the patients′symptoms including dry skin,desquamation,hypertrophy and pruritus and obtain notable effects.
