摘　　要：目的:探索尿道下裂术后患儿照顾者心理韧性与照护能力的相关性。方法:横断面调查2017年12月至2020年2月行尿道下裂手术患儿的主要照顾者234例,采用CD-RISC量表和照护者照护能力量表(family caregiver task inventory,FCTI)分别评价尿道下裂手术患儿照顾者的心理韧性水平和照护能力,并分析两者间的相关性。结果:与术前比较,尿道下裂术后患儿照顾者在出院时、出院后1个月时、出院后3个月时心理韧性评分均升高(P<0.05),照护能力评分均降低(P<0.05);通过线性相关性分析方法分别对术前、出院时、出院后1个月时、出院后3个月时照顾者心理韧性及照护能力得分进行分析,结果表明心理韧性水平与照护能力水平呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:尿道下裂术后患儿照顾者心理韧性可正向影响其照护能力,应重视照顾者的照护意识与心理健康,加强健康教育与延续性跟踪,提升照护水平。Objective:To explore the correlations between psychological resilience and nursing ability of caregivers of children after hypospadias operation.Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted to investigate 234 primary caregivers of children undergoing hypospadias surgery from December 2017 to February 2020,CDRISC scale and FCTI were used to assess the levels of psychological resilience and nursing ability of caregivers of children after hypospadias operation respectively,and the correlations between both of them.Results:Compared with before the operation,the scores of psychological resilience of caregivers of children after hypospadias operation increased when discharged,one month and three months after the discharge(P<0.05),the scores of nursing ability decreased(P<0.05);After analyzing the scores of psychological resilience and nursing ability of caregivers before operation,when discharged,one month and three months after the discharge by using linear correlation analysis method,the results demonstrated that the levels of psychological resilience was positively related to nursing ability(P<0.05).Conclusion:The caregivers′psychological resilience could affect their nursing ability positively,we should emphasize their care consciousness and mental health,enhance health education and continuity tracking to raise the nursing levels.
