摘　　要：邓强主任医师在治疗腰椎小关节综合征乱疾病过程中,重视运用整脊手法、强调功能锻炼,在充分研究《中医整脊学》整脊手法的基础上,结合自身临床体会及经验,独创出新的整脊手法——仰卧牵抖法,配合俯卧牵拉按压复位治疗腰椎小关节综合征临床疗效显著。In the treatment of lumbar facet joint disorders,chief physician Deng Qiang attaches importances to the use of chiropractic manipulation and emphasizes functional exercise,on the basis of fully studying the chiropractic manipulation in chiropractics of traditional Chinese medicine,he created supine traction and shaking,a new chiropractic manipulation,combined with his own clinical experience,the treatment of lumbar facet joint syndrome with prone traction and compression reduction could obtain better clinical effects.
