晋绥抗日根据地妇女运动论析

摘　　要：由于封建礼教的束缚,千百年来晋绥妇女社会地位低下,生活处境极为艰难。全面抗战爆发后,中国共产党进入晋绥地区建立抗日根据地,在党的领导下,根据地政府开展各种形式的妇女运动,主要包括引导妇女参政议政、组织妇女参加生产运动、动员妇女支前参战、改造传统婚俗制度、开展冬学教育等,极大解放并提高了妇女地位。在晋绥抗日根据地妇女运动的开展过程中,党从关注和解决妇女切身利益着手促进了妇女解放,强化了妇女组织建设,指出了民族团结是妇女运动开展的重要法宝,为新时代中国特色社会主义建设事业中的妇女工作提供了重要借鉴。Due to the restraint of feudal ethics,women in Shanxi-Suiyuan area had low social status for thousands of years,and their living conditions were extremely difficult.After the outbreak of the Comprehensive Anti-Japanese War,the Communist Party of China(CPC)entered Shanxi-Suiyuan area and established anti-Japanese base area.Under the leadership of the Party,the base government launched various forms of women movements,including women participation in politics,women participation in production,women participation in supporting the front and/or fighting in the war,the reform of traditional marriage system,and the development of winter school education,etc.,which greatly liberated and improved the status of women.During the development of women movement in Shanxi-Suiyuan Anti-Japanese Base Area,the CPC accumulated valuable experience,such as taking ethnic unity as a crucial weapon for the development of the women movement,by focusing on and solving women’s vital interests to promote their liberation and strengthening the construction of women’s organizations.It provides important reference for women’s work in the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
