摘　　要：文章阐述了M公司汽车橡胶管路产品在开发过程中存在的相关问题,并总结PMI项目管理中十大领域及49个过程的知识进行项目的立项、进度管控、质量控制、成本控制、监督风险、变更管理,从而解决项目过程中存在的交期、质量、团队凝聚力、变更混乱等问题,提高项目的成功率。The article expounds the related problems existing in the development process of M company’s automotive rubber pipeline products,and summarizes the knowledge of 10 major fields and 49 processes in PMI project management.The progress control,quality control,cost control,risk supervision,etc.of the project were carried out,so as to solve the problems of delivery date,quality and team cohesion in the process of the project,and improve the success rate of the project.
