摘　　要：斜裁机作为生产全钢子午线轮胎带束层及钢包的生产设备,在全钢轮胎生产企业中被广泛使用。其裁切的钢丝帘布;是由按要求排列的钢丝和胶料,通过压延机复合在一起的制品,对斜裁机裁切帘布的裁刀强度要求较高,往往一副裁刀就需要十几万元到几十万元不等的费用。本论文主要针对裁刀材质、裁切物料规格、裁切物料接头、裁刀刀面间隙几个方面对费舍尔斜裁机裁刀使用寿命的影响情况进行分析,从而提升裁刀使用寿命,降低维修费用。As a production equipment for the belt and ladle of all-steel radial tires,the bias-cutting machine is widely used in all-steel tire manufacturers.The steel cord is a product made up of steel wires and rubber materials arranged according to requirements through a calender.It has high requirements on the cutting strength of the diagonal cutter.Usually,a pair of cutting knives requires a cost ranging from hundreds of thousands to hundreds of thousands of yuan.This article mainly analyzes the influence of the cutter life of the Fisher bias-cutting machine on the cutter material,the cutting material specification,the cutting material joint,and the gap of the cutter blade.Thereby increasing the service life of the cutter and reducing maintenance costs.
