摘　　要：本文简要介绍了备件的分类方法、备件储备管理的现状、备件储备的形式;详细介绍了备件储备品种的原则和方法、备件拥有量的统计方法、备件消耗定额和储备定额的计算方法以及备件储备的管理模式。This paper briefly introduces the classification method of spare parts,the status quo of spare parts reserve management and the form of spare parts reserve.At the same time,the principles and methods of spare parts reserve,the statistical method of spare parts possession,the calculation method of spare parts consumption quota and reserve quota,and the management mode of spare parts reserve are introduced in detail.
