摘 要:为了研究杀虫双合成工艺磺化反应的热危险性,采用反应量热仪(RC1e)研究磺化反应过程的热效应;采用绝热加速量热仪(ARC)测试磺化反应后混合物料的绝热分解特性,并开展动力学研究。RC1e实验结果表明:磺化反应总放热量为76.25 kJ,绝热温升ΔT_(ad)为29.79 K,最高合成反应温度为84.79℃,技术最高温度为77.4℃。ARC实验结果表明,磺化反应混合物料的绝热分解分为2个阶段,第1阶段放热在126.1—131.9℃,绝热温升为5.8 K,放热量为31.1 kJ/kg;第2阶段放热在145.8—156.9℃,绝热温升为11.1 K,放热量为59.5 kJ/kg。根据ARC实验第1阶段绝热分解动力学分析,得到活化能E_(a)为509.65 kJ/mol,指前因子A为5.65×10^(62)s^(-1),求得失控反应最大反应速率时间。根据RC1e和ARC实验结果,对杀虫双合成工艺磺化反应进行热危险性评估。Inorder to study the thermal hazard of sulfonation reaction in bisultap synthesis process,the thermal effect of reaction were studied by using reaction calorimeter(RC1e).The adiabatic decomposition characteristics of mixed materials after sulfonation reaction was tested by using adiabatic accelerated calorimeter(ARC),and the kinetic study was carried out.RC1e experimental results show that the exothermic energy of sulfonation reaction is 76.25 kJ,the adiabatic temperature riseΔT_(ad)is 29.79 K,and the highest synthesis reaction temperature is 84.79℃,the highest technical temperature is 77.4℃.ARC experimental results show that the adiabatic decomposition of the sulfonated mixture can be divided into two stages.The heat release of the first stage is at 126.1 to 131.9℃,the adiabatic temperature rise is 5.8 K,and the heat release is 31.1 kJ/kg.The heat release of the second stage is at 145.8 to 156.9℃,the adiabatic temperature rise is 11.1 K,and the heat release is 59.5 kJ/kg.According to the adiabatic decomposition kinetic analysis of the first stage of the ARC experiment,the activation energy E_(a) is 509.65 kJ/mol,the exponential factor A is 5.65×10^(62)s^(-1),and the maximum reaction rate arrival time can be caculated.Based on the results of RC1e and ARC experiments,the thermal hazard assessment of the sulfonation reaction in bisultap synthesis process was carried out.
