摘 要:通过建立轴流导叶式气液分离器试验系统,采用试验的方法,在相同气液操作工况下对比研究了旋流板和螺旋导叶式气液分离器的压降和分离效率。试验研究结果表明,在550~1220 m^(3)/h的处理气量范围内,旋流板气相压降比螺旋导叶气相压降低13%~35%,能耗相对更低;在不同处理气量和液滴质量浓度下,旋流板分离效率比螺旋导叶分离效率高2%~10%,操作弹性也更大。在试验条件范围内,随着液滴质量浓度的增大,2种导叶最大分离效率对应的处理气量呈现先减小后增大的变化趋势;随着处理气量的增大,旋流板最大分离效率对应的液滴质量浓度呈现先增大后减小的变化趋势,而螺旋导叶最大分离效率对应的液滴质量浓度则呈现先增大后稳定的变化趋势。The test system of axial flow guide vane gas-liquid separator was established,the pressure drop and separation efficiency of cyclone plate and spiral guide vane gas-liquid separator were compared by experiments under the same gas-liquid operational conditions.The results show that the pressure drop of the cyclone plate is 13%~35%lower than the spiral guide vane in the gas treating range of 550~1220 m^(3)/h volume flow rate,which means the lower energy consumption.Under different volume flow rates and droplet concentrations,the separation efficiency of the cyclone plate is 2%~10%higher than that of the spiral guide vane and the operation elasticity is better.Within the range of the test conditions,the maximum efficiency air volume of the two guide vanes turns down first and then goes up with the increase of the inlet droplet concentration.The maximum efficiency droplet concentration of the cyclone plate goes up first and then turns down with the increase of the volume flow rate,while the spiral guide vane increases first and then stabilizes.
