摘　　要：轴流泵是环管反应器高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)装置的核心设备,其运行状况直接影响整个装置。轴流泵机械密封结构复杂而且密封腔压力高,介质具有危险性,选用安全、可靠的密封冲洗方案尤为重要。某HDPE装置轴流泵试车过程中出现了机械密封温度偏高、高压气囊意外磨损以及机械密封泄漏等情况,对存在问题逐项进行了排查分析。要保证轴流泵安全长周期运行,除确保机械密封的安全性外,在轴流泵安装初期把握好对中基准、焊接质量控制、弹簧调节等关键质量点,首次试车前进行全面检查同样十分重要。Axial flow pump is the core equipment of loop reactor high-density polyethylene(HDPE)plant,which affects the normal operation of the plant.The mechanical seal of an axial flow pump has a complex structure,high pressure in the seal chamber,and dangerous liquid.It is particularly important to select a safe and reliable seal flushing plan.Several problems were found during the test run of the axial flow pump of an HDPE unit,such as high mechanical seal temperature,accidental wear of high-pressure airbags,and mechanical seal leakage.In order to ensure the safe and long-period operation of the axial flow pumps,it is necessary to ensure the safety of the mechanical seals.In addition,it is very important to control the alignment,welding quality,spring adjustment,and other key quality points at the initial stage of axial flow pump installation,as well as a comprehensive inspection before the first commissioning.
