摘　　要：结合自身多年餉工作经验,在上海市住宅修缮工程中,针对住宅建筑排水设置中管道向材质和技术特性,从排水管系统材料在上海市住宅修缮工程中餉实际应用状况出发,阐述上海市老旧小区对于管道修缮的应用与需要改进的要素。The author combined with their own years of work experience,in Shanghai residential repair project,for the residential building rain,drainage setting pipeline material and technical characteristics,from the rain,drainage pipe materials in the actual situation of Shanghai residential repair engineering application,expounds the Shanghai old community for pipeline repair application and need to improve elements.
