摘  要:40CrMnMo钢是我国热采海上稠油的完井工具用钢。研究了经840℃淬火、550℃回火的40CrMnMo钢在室温和100℃、120℃、150℃、250℃、350℃的应力-应变曲线、力学性能和硬度。结果表明:随着温度的升高,40CrMnMo钢的应力-应变曲线提前弯曲,其屈服强度、抗拉强度和硬度均下降,断面收缩率和断后伸长率则先下降后上升。40CrMnMo is a steel commonly used for completion tools that are used to thermally extract offshore heavy oil in China.The stress-strain curves,mechanical properties and hardness at room-temperature,100℃,120℃,150℃,250℃,and 350℃ of the 40CrMnMo steel quenched from 840℃ and tempered at 550℃ were investigated.The results indicated that as the temperatures increased,the 40CrMnMo steel exhibited the stress-strain curves which bent earlier,and the yield strength,tensile strength and hardness which decreased,and the reduction of area and elongation which decreased at first and then increased.
