摘　　要：戈尔巴乔夫时期苏共党内政治生活的混乱表现在:否定党的领导,党的权威丧失;党员理想信念淡漠,党内思想混乱;否定民主集中制,削弱党中央权威;派别斗争激烈,党内组织松散;权力缺乏监督,党内腐败蔓延。其原因在于"斯大林体制"弊端影响深远,戈尔巴乔夫推行错误的改革路线,国内外错误思潮的影响和戈尔巴乔夫个人信仰和领导力的缺失。无产阶级政党开展党内政治生活,必须通过坚持共产党的领导,强化党的思想建设,完善党内民主制度,健全党内规章制度,加强党的作风建设等方式保证党内政治生活的正常开展。The chaos of the political life in the Soviet Communist Party during the period of Gorbachev was manifested in the denial of the leadership of the Party and the loss of the Party’s authority.Party members’ideals and beliefs are indifferent,and Party ideology is chaotic;Negate democratic centralism and weaken the central authority of the Soviet Communist Party;Faction is fierce and inner-party organization is loose;Power is poorly monitored and corruption within the party is rampant.The reason lies in the far-reaching malpractice of"Stalin system",the wrong reform route pursued by Gorbachev,the influence of wrong trends of thought at home and abroad,and Gorbachev’s lack of personal belief and leadership.To carry out the inner-party political life of the proletarian party,we must insist on the leadership of the Communist Party,strengthen the ideological construction of the party,perfect the inner-party democratic system,perfect the inner-party rules and regulations,and strengthen the construction of the party’s style of work to ensure the normal development of the inner-party political life.
