摘　　要：基于2012-2019年齐鲁文化"走出去"和山东OFDI年度数据,利用灰色关联分析及GM(1,1)预测模型实证研究了齐鲁文化"走出去"对山东OFDI的影响。研究发现:齐鲁文化"走出去"对山东OFDI具有明显的促进作用,但随着时间的推移,这种作用有所减弱;齐鲁文化"走出去"的不同方式对山东OFDI的影响具有明显的差异性,其中政府主导型的孔子学院和对外文化交流对OFDI的推动作用更为明显,但未来有弱化的趋势,而市场型的文化贸易对OFDI的推动作用目前相对弱一些,但未来有增强的趋势。Taking annual data from 2012 to 2019 as samples,this paper uses grey correlation analysis and GM(1,1) prediction model to conduct an empirical study on the effect of Qilu cultural "going out"on Shandong’s OFDI.The results show that:Qilu cultural "going out" has a significant promoting effect on Shandong’s OFDI while the effect wenkens a little as the time goes on.There are obvious differences in the impact of different cultural "going out" ways on Shandong’s FDI.The government-led Confucius Institute and cultural exchange have a more obvious role with a weakening trend in the future,while the market-oriented cultural trade has a weaker role with an increasing trend in the future.
