摘 要:为解决公路特长隧道AC 380 V配电系统供电半径小、线路损耗大和末端电压偏差大的问题,进行AC 660 V配电系统的可行性研究。分析IEC标准和中国国家标准电压标准值的规定,分析AC 660 V配电系统的技术优势,研究隧道风机和水泵在AC 660 V配电系统中的绕组接线方法和额定参数,讨论隧道AC 660 V配电方案,并对某海底特长隧道低压配电设计进行分析。研究表明:①AC 660 V系统应用在公路特长隧道工程中是可行的;②AC 660 V和AC 380 V系统可以并存、融合应用;③在公路特长隧道工程中应用AC 660 V配电系统可以有效降低工程投资、减小线路损耗和提高线路末端电压质量;④对于线路纵坡为“V形”的公路特长隧道,AC 660 V配电系统可以解决隧道线路最低点处的废水泵低压远距离配电问题。In order to solve the problems of small radius of power supply,great line loss and great end voltage difference of AC 380 V distribution system of road extra‑long tunnel,this paper carries out the feasibility study of AC 660 V distribution system.This study analyzes the voltage standard value specifications of IEC standards and China’s national standards,analyzes the technical advantages of AC 660 V distribution system,studies the winding and wiring methods and rated parameters of tunnel fan and water pump in the AC 660 V distribution system,discusses the tunnel AC 660 V distribution scheme,and summarizes the low‑voltage distribution design of a given undersea extra‑long tunnel.This study demonstrates the following conclusions:①the application of AC 660 V system in the road extra‑long tunnel works is feasible;②the co‑existing and integration application of AC 660 V&AC 380 V systems;③the application of AC 660 V distribution system in the road extra‑long tunnel works may effectively reduce the engineering investment,reduce the line loss and improve the voltage quality at the end of the line;④for the road extra‑long tunnel with the“V‑shaped”longitudinal gradient of the line,the AC 660V distribution system may solve the low‑voltage long‑distance power distribution problem of waste water pump at the lowest point of the tunnel line.
