摘 要:为了研究抽水蓄能电站混凝土面板堆石坝不均匀沉降和面板挤压破坏,为设计和施工提供理论指导,对天池抽水蓄能电站混凝土面板堆石坝进行三维有限元应力变形分析,堆石料的本构关系采用邓肯-张E-B(ElasticBulk)模型,建立混凝土面板子模型结构,采用无厚度的三维非线性面-面接触摩擦单元来模拟面板与垫层之间的接触、面板竖缝和周边缝。计算结果表明,坝体竣工期和蓄水期的沉降变形分别占坝体高度的0.63%和0.66%,坝体的整体应力变形符合一般规律;面板蓄水期最大挠度为40.8 cm,大致与坝体上游坝面位移相契合;面板竖缝和周边缝的整体变形量都不大,可以保证止水安全正常工作。对不同的面板竖缝填缝材料和宽度进行对比分析,建议采用较软的填充材料以改善面板轴向压应力,采用较大的竖缝宽度以改善面板顺坡向拉应力。In order to study the uneven settlement and extrusion damage of concrete face rock-fill dam in pumped-storage power station,and to provide theoretical guidance for the design and construction,a threedimensional finite element stress and deformation analysis of the concrete face rock-fill dam of the Tianchi pumped-storage power station is carried out.The Duncan-Chang E-B(elastic-bulk)model is used to describe the constitutive relation of rock-fill,and the sub-model structure of concrete face is established independently,adopting the thick-free three-dimensional nonlinear surface to surface contact friction element to simulate the contacts between concrete face and cushion layer,concrete face vertical joints and peripheral joints.The calculation results show that the settlement deformations of dam during the completion period and the impoundment period account for 0.63% and 0.66% of the dam’s height,respectively,and the overall stress deformation conforms to the general law.During the impoundment period,the maximum deflection of the concrete face is 40.8 cm,which roughly corresponds to the displacement of the dam surface upstream of the dam body.The overall deformation of the vertical seam and the peripheral seam of the concrete face is small,which can ensure the safe and normal operation of the water stop.Furthermore,comparative analysis of different vertical seam filling material and width of the concrete face is carried out.It is suggested to use softer filling material to improve the axial compressive stress of concrete face,and a larger vertical joint width to improve the tensile stress along slope of concrete face.
