摘  要:结合我国现行电力行业标准DL/T 5057-2009《水工混凝土结构设计规范》修订工作的需要,对中、美现行混凝土结构设计规范(GB 50010-2010《混凝土结构设计规范》、DL/T 5057-2009《水工混凝土结构设计规范》和ACI318-19"Building Code Requirements for Structural Concrete")关于偏心受压构件自身挠曲引起的二阶效应(P-δ效应)的设计规定进行了分析和比较;针对中、美规范关于偏心受压构件自身挠曲引起的二阶效应(P-δ效应)的设计规定应用上不够方便的问题,在借鉴中、美现行混凝土结构设计规范相关设计规定先进经验的基础上,提出了水工混凝土结构设计规范修订稿中应用上较为简便的二阶效应(P-δ效应)设计规定的修订建议,可供水工混凝土结构设计规范修订时选用和参考。Combined with the requirement of revision of China’s current power industry standard,Design Specification for Hydraulic Concrete Structures DL/T 5057-2009,the design provisions of the second order effect(P-δ effect)caused by its own deflection of eccentric compression member,specified by the current design codes of concrete structure in China and the United States,including Code for Design of Concrete Structures GB 50010-2010,Design Specification for Hydraulic Concrete Structures DL/T 5057-2009 and Building Code Requirements for Structural Concrete ACI 318-19,are analyzed and compared.Aimed at the inconvenient application of the design regulations about the second order effect(P-δ effect)caused by its own deflection of eccentric compression member,specified by China’s and America’s current design codes,and based on the advanced experience of the current design codes of concrete structure in China and the United States,the revision suggestions for the design specifications of the second order effect(P-δ effect)in the amended version of the design code for hydraulic concrete structures,which are simple in application,are proposed.It can be selected and referenced in the revision of the design code for hydraulic concrete structures.
