网络化治理研究述评——基于CSSCI(2001-2020)期刊数据的计量分析

摘　　要：本文运用文献计量与内容分析相结合的方法,对2001-2020年间网络化治理研究领域的CSSCI期刊文献进行综合阐释,呈现了网络化治理研究的演进特征、核心议题与发展趋势。据此可将网络化治理研究分为理论编译引介期(2001-2008)与运用稳步拓展期(2009-2020),相应的核心议题主要聚焦于理论发展脉络和领域范围拓展两方面并逐步体现出范式建构与理论创新的鲜明特征。进一步推动网络化治理研究,应将其置于国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的语境下,扎根中国场域,努力构建中国特色网络化治理范式,适时推动网络化治理研究的议题更新。Using the method of literature measurement and content analysis,this paper comprehensively explains the CSSCI journal literature in the field of network governance research from 2001 to 2020,and presents the evolution characteristics,core issues and development trend of network governance research.Accordingly,the research on networked governance can be divided into the period of theoretical compilation and introduction(2001-2008)and the period of steady expansion of application(2009-2020).The corresponding core topics mainly focus on the context of theoretical development and the expansion of field scope,and gradually reflect the distinctive characteristics of paradigm construction and theoretical innovation.To further promote the research on networked governance,we should put it in the context of the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,continue to take root in the Chinese field,strive to build a networked governance paradigm with Chinese characteristics,and timely promote the renewal of the topics of networked governance research.
