摘　　要：在盐水精制工艺中,增设了过碱量自动检测设备,并通过编程,实现了根据过碱量检测结果自动调节两碱流量的目标。由于控制更精确,氢氧化钠和碳酸钠的消耗均降低。In the brine refining process,an automatic detection device for excess alkali was added and programmed.Thus,the goal of automatically adjusting the flow of two alkalis according to the detection result of excess alkali was realized.The control was more accurate so the consumption of both sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate was reduced.
