摘 要:针对低输入电压逆变器应用场合,提出了一种无变压器集成单级升压逆变器拓扑。该逆变器首先将传统全桥逆变器的每个桥臂分别与直流升压变换器进行融合,实现直流升压的功能,然后将两个桥臂结合在一起,通过半周期、全周期调制实现逆变的功能。相较于传统两级式升压逆变器,减少了开关器件的数量,增强了集成度,同时所采用的调制方法也有利于提高逆变器的效率。在此详细分析了该逆变器的工作原理,推出其稳态特性,并对关键参数进行设计。最后,通过一台实验样机验证了理论分析的正确性。For low input voltage inverter applications,an integrated single-stage Boost inverter topology without trans-former is proposed.The proposed inverter firstly integrates each bridge arm of traditional full bridge inverter with DC Boost converter to realize DC boost function.Then,the two bridge arms are combined together to realize the function of the inverter by half cycle and full cycle modulation.Compared with the traditional two-stage boost inverter,the number of switching devices is reduced and the integration degree is enhanced.At the same time,the used modulation method is also conducive to improve the efficiency of the inverter.The working principle of the inverter is analyzed in detail.The steady-state characteristics of the converter are deduced,and the design of the key parameters is given.Fi-nally,the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by an experimental prototype.
