摘  要:为解决分散式单片机模块结构的矿用变压器继电保护装置工作数据处理与传输时间长、故障反应速度慢、功能可扩展能力差等系列问题,通过对功能硬件与系统软件的结构设计,研发了一种基于多CPU结构与虚拟仪器的微机变压器保护装置。通过多CPU架构配套功能模块的结构硬件电路设计,将变压器大量监控的参数分开执行,大大降低了数据采集、数据通信和故障响应时间,在1.2~2倍动作电流整定值下测试,各保护元件和主保护单元动作时间小于50ms,保护整定误差小于±3%;通过保护系统软件结构设计,利用虚拟仪器搭建监控界面配以通信接口模块编程,拓展了变压器参数与状态的网络化远程监控功能。该设计实现了保护装置工作的高效可靠与操作便捷,可满足网络自动化故障保护的新要求。In order to solve a series of problems such as long data processing and transmission time,slow fault re-sponse speed and poor function scalability of mine transformer relay protection device with distributed single-chip mi-crocomputer module structure,a kind of microcomputer transformer protection device based on multi CPU structure and virtual instrument is developed through the structural design of functional hardware and system software.Through the structure and hardware circuit design of multi CPU architecture supporting functional modules,a large number of transformer monitoring parameters are executed separately which greatly reduces the data acquisition time,data com-munication time and fault response time,the action time of each protection element and main protection unit is less than 50 ms and the protection setting error is less than±3%under the setting value of 1.2~2 times of action current.Through the protection system software structure design,the monitoring interface is built with virtual instrument and the communication interface module programming which expands the networking remote monitoring of transformer pa-rameters and status program.The design realizes the high efficiency,reliability and convenient operation of the protec-tion device and can meet the new requirements of network automation fault protection.
