摘　　要：以氯化胆碱与乙二醇组成的低共熔溶剂(DES)为染色介质,用雅特隆红玉SWD、雅特隆黄棕SWD和雅特隆深蓝SWD染料对涤纶进行染色,探讨了氯化胆碱与乙二醇的物质的量比、染色温度、染色时间、染液pH、浴比等因素对染色织物K/S值的影响。测试了染色涤纶织物的耐干热色牢度及热稳定性,并与水相染色进行了比较。结果表明,氯化胆碱与乙二醇组成的DES可以用于分散染料溶剂染色,续缸染色3次仍然可获得色泽,但首次染色织物的K/S值比水相染色低得多;DES染色织物的耐干热色牢度和热稳定性与水相染色相似。Deep eutectic solvent(DES) composed of choline chloride and ethylene glycol is used as the dyeing medium for dyeing polyester with disperse dyes such as Artolon Rubine SWD, Artolon Orange SWD and Artolon Deep Blue SWD. The effects of the mole ratio of choline chloride and ethylene glycol, dyeing temperature, dyeing time, dye bath pH and bath ratio on the K/S value of dyed fabrics are discussed. The fastness to dry heat and thermal stability of dyed polyester fabric are tested and compared with that of aqueous dyeing. The results show that the DES composed of choline chloride and ethylene glycol can be used for solvent dyeing with disperse dyes, and the color can still be obtained after three successive dyeing, but the K/S value of the first dyeing fabric is much lower than that of the aqueous dyeing fabric. The color fastness to dry heat and thermal stability of the fabrics with DES are similar to those of aqueous dyeing.
