摘 要:针对当前传统的染色耗水量大、工艺耗时长、后处理水洗流程长、生产效率低下等问题,开发针织布染色后处理节水降耗短流程工艺。新工艺的后处理水洗工序使用SOR溢流水洗结合连续式溢流染缸洗涤方式,耗水量比传统染色后处理水洗方式大幅降低。新工艺后处理平均耗水为35.86 t/t布,较传统工艺节约34.7%的用水量,耗时节约11.5%,中和酸用量降低至1.0 g/L,吨布成本节约34.7%。使用新工艺对针织物染色,减少了印染废水排放,减轻了污水处理负担。该工艺快捷、高效、节水、降耗,提高了经济效益,减少了污染排放,符合绿色环保生产的发展趋势。In order to solve the problems of traditional dyeing process, such as high water consumption, long process time, long washing process and low production efficiency, a short dyeing process of knitted fabric for saving water and reducing consumption was developed. In the new process, SOR overflow washing combined with continuous overflow dye cylinder washing is used in the post treatment water washing process. The water consumption is significantly lower than that of the traditional post treatment washing method after dyeing. The average water consumption of the post treatment in the new process is 35.86 t/t cloth, which saves 34.7% of water consumption and 11.5% of time compared with the traditional process, reduces the amount of neutralizing acid to 1.0 g/L, and saves 34.7% of the cost per ton of cloth. By using the new process, the discharge of printing and dyeing wastewater is decreased, which reduces the burden of sewage treatment. The process is fast, efficient, water-saving and consumption reduction, improves economic benefits and reduces pollution emissions, which is in line with the development trend of green environmental protection production.
