摘  要:西伯利亚白刺(Nitraria sibirica Pall.)生于盐渍化沙地,根系发达且易繁育,具有极强的耐盐碱性,是优良的防风固沙植物和盐碱地绿化造林植物。由于盐碱地面积的日益扩张和生态环境的破坏,该研究基于文献计量法,就近年来盐胁迫下白刺的生长发育、生理生化、物质代谢、抗逆信号转导途径及相关耐盐基因调控等多方面的研究进行综合评述,并探讨白刺的耐盐机理,旨在为国内白刺的引种栽培和耐盐抗性分子育种的选育提供参考,为国内盐碱地生态修复和绿化造林丰富理论研究。Nitraria sibirica Pall.,born in salinized sandy land, with well-developed root system and easy breeding.It is an excellent wind-proof, sand-fixing and saline-alkali soil greening plant with strong salt-alkali tolerance.Due to the increasing expansion of saline-alkali land area and the destruction of the ecological environment, in this study, based on the method of bibliometrics and taking Nitraria sibirica Pall.as the research object, a comprehensive review and analysis on the salt tolerance and molecular mechanism of Nitraria at home and abroad in recent years were conducted.The purpose is to provide reference for the introduction and cultivation of Nitrariaand the breeding of molecular breeding for salt tolerance,and to enrich the theory for ecological restoration and afforestation of saline-alkali land in China.
