摘  要:结合二次盐水精制工艺,对螯合树脂塔运行、精制盐水浓度、盐水罐液位、脱氯淡盐水温度等关键工艺指标控制及异常处理应对措施进行优化,摸索出一套适合现有生产技术的核心控制方案,并对二次盐水精制工艺、设备等提出了配套方案,对提升工艺参数指标控制、延长运行周期、稳定盐水质量起到了有益的作用,实现了精制工艺优化。Combined with the secondary brine refining process,the control of key process indexes such as chelating resin tower operation,refined brine concentration,brine tank liquid level and dechlorination light brine temperature and the countermeasures for abnormal treatment are optimized,and a set of core control scheme suitable for the existing production technology is explored,the supporting scheme for the secondary brine refining process and equipment is put forward,which has a beneficial effect on improving the control of process parameters,prolonging the operation cycle and stabilizing the brine quality,and realizes the optimization of the refining process.
