摘  要:不同隧道截面几何尺寸不同,甚至同一隧道截面尺寸也经常变化,给台车设计提出较大挑战,为此设计一种新型隧道变截面衬砌台车。结合台车受力特征以及实际工况计算出台车顶模板及门架所受荷载;利用Space Claim以及Solid Works软件构建衬砌台车顶模板及门架模型,并利用Ansys有限元分析软件对顶模板以及门架进行数值分析,得到其受力及变形情况。结合设计规范分析台车设计是否满足要求;对模型进行参数化优化,通过对比分析优化结果选定最终优化方案。The tunnel cross-section size varies in different tunnels,or even varies greatly in the same tunnel,which brings great challenges to the design of the trolley.Therefore,an innovative tunnel variable cross-section lining trolley is designed.The load of roof formwork and portal frame are calculated according to the stress characteristics of trolley and actual working conditions.Space Claim and Solid Works modeling software are used to build the modeling of the top formwork and portal frame of the tunnel lining trolley.Ansys finite element analysis software is used to conduct the numerical analysis of the top formwork and portal frame.The displacement nephogram and stress nephogram are obtained,and whether the design meets the requirements is compared with the design specifications.Lastly,the parametric optimization of the model is carried out,and the optimization scheme is selected by comparing and analyzing the final optimization results.
