摘  要:本文以陕西眉太高速太白山隧道为工程依托,利用数值模拟并结合现场实测对某新型智能化隧道衬砌台车作业过程中的动态、静态力学特征进行研究,结果表明:(1)台车结构存在局部应力集中,总体结构安全可靠,且有较大优化空间;(2)边模浇筑过程中台车变形最大,其中模板底部最大变形量为6.6 mm,建议对衬砌台车进行结构分析时要考虑混凝土初凝作用,而不是单次全环加载;(3)隧道现场实测结果表明混凝土凝固过程中发生膨胀,使得台车主体结构受力增加,增幅约为20%,建议在台车设计中要适当考虑混凝土凝固过程的影响。Based on the project of Taibaishan Tunnel of Meixian-Taibai Highway in Shaanxi Province,the dynamic and static mechanical characteristics of the new intelligent tunnel lining trolley during operation were studied by numerical simulation and field measurement.The results show that:(1)local stress concentration exists in trolley structure,the overall structure of the trolley is safe and reliable,and there is a large space for optimization.(2)During the pouring process of the side formwork,the deformation of the trolley is the largest,the deformation of the formwork bottom is up to 6.6 mm.It was suggested that the initial setting effect of concrete should be considered in the structural analysis of lining trolley,rather than single loading.(3)The field measurement shows that the stress of the main structure of the trolley increases about 20%,which is caused by the expansion of concrete during solidification.It is suggested that the influence of concrete setting process should be properly considered in the design of trolley.
