关键路径挣值法在碧溪大桥施工造价管理的应用

摘　　要：二十一世纪以来,随着城市化进程逐渐加快,我国工程市场竞争力日益提升。在这种情况下,施工单位能够抢占先机的主要前提是能够为建设单位提供质量更高、工期更短而成本更低的工程产品。本文对桥梁工程施工的关键路径运用挣值法进行重点分析,着重关注关键路径上活动存在的进度与成本偏差,并找出存在的问题,以提高项目利润,降低成本。Since entering the 21 st century,the urbanization process has gradually accelerated,which leads to an increase in the competitiveness of the engineering market in our country.In this case,the main premise that the construction organization can seize the first opportunity is the ability to provide the construction organization with higher quality,shorter construction times,and lower engineering product costs.The author applies the analysis of the critical path earned value into the bridge project construction stage,focuses on the progress and cost deviation on the critical paths,then finds out the existing problems,so as to improve the project profit and reduce the cost.
