摘  要:目的:观察双侧耳甲艇软骨镜像移植应用于鼻整形术中的临床价值。方法:选择2019年7月~2020年10月来本院进行鼻整形术的患者42例,所有患者均采用双侧耳软骨行鼻尖成形术,鼻上隔延伸移植物选择双侧耳甲艇软骨镜像移植,观察手术效果、术后假体移位情况、并发症发生情况。结果:42例患者均手术成功,伤口均一期愈合,均未发现感染和血肿情况,所有患者手术后均未发现假体移位,鼻尖长度和高度维持稳定,所有患者无并发症发生情况。结论:在鼻整形术中采用双侧耳甲艇软骨镜像移植效果明显,能提高手术成功率,降低术后并发症发生率,保持鼻尖外形长期稳定,并能精细调整鼻尖结构,患者的满意度较高。Objective:To observe the clinical value of bilateral concha boat cartilage mirror transplantation in rhinoplasty.Methods:42 patients who underwent rhinoplasty in our hospital from July 2019 to October 2020 were selected.All patients underwent rhinoplasty with bilateral auricular cartilage.The extension graft of nasal septum was selected with bilateral concha boat cartilage mirror transplantation.The operation effect,postoperative prosthesis displacement and complications were observed.Results:42 patients were operated successfully,the wounds healed in one stage,no infection and hematoma were found,no prosthesis displacement was found in all patients,the length and height of nasal tip remained stable,and there were no complications in all patients.Conclusion:The mirror image transplantation of bilateral concha boat cartilage in rhinoplasty has obvious effect,which can improve the success rate of operation,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,maintain the long-term stability of the shape of the nasal tip,and fine adjust the structure of the nasal tip.The satisfaction of patients is high.
