手术室内镜器械清洗灭菌效果的对比观察

摘　　要：目的:对比观察不同清洗消毒方法用于手术室内镜器械中的清洗灭菌效果。方法:在2020年1月~2020年12月开展研究,选择200件污染内镜进行分析,将200件内镜采用抽签的方式分成两组,即对照组和观察组,各100件。对照组采先用手工清洗后使用2%戊二醛消毒液浸泡灭菌10h,最后使用无菌注射用水清洗干净再使用;观察组先浸泡再清洗,再经由环氧乙烷低温灭菌器进行灭菌处理后使用。最后使用检测残留蛋白法、目测法检测不同清洗灭菌方式的应用效果。结果:通过检测残留蛋白法发现,观察组清洗合格率为99.00%,对照组清洗合格率为79.00%,组间差异满足统计学价值(P<0.05);通过目测法检验发现,观察组清洗合格率为99.00%,对照组清洗合格率为80.00%,两组数据差异比较满足统计学价值(P<0.05)。结论:相比手工清洗联合灭菌处理,采用超声清洗、低温灭菌效果更突出。Objective:To compare and observe the effect of different cleaning and disinfection methods on cleaning and sterilization of endoscopic instruments in operating room.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2020,200 contaminated endoscopes were selected for,and the 200 endoscopes were divided into two groups by lottery,namely the control group and the observation group,each with 100 pieces.The control group was first washed by hand,then soaked in 2%glutaraldehyde disinfectant for 10 hours,and finally washed with sterile water for injection before use;The observation group was soaked and then washed,and then sterilized by an ethylene oxide low-temperature sterilizer before use.Finally,the residual protein detection method and the visual inspection method were used to detect the application effect of different cleaning and sterilization methods.Results:Through the detection of residual protein method found that the observation group cleaning qualified rate was 99.00%,the control group cleaning qualified rate was 79.00%,the difference between the groups met the statistical value(P<0.05);through visual inspection found that the observation group cleaning qualified rate was 99.00%,the control group cleaning qualified rate was 80.00%,the difference between the two groups of data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with manual cleaning and sterilization,the effect of ultrasonic cleaning and low temperature sterilization is more prominent.
