摘　　要：目的:分析标准操作流程(SOP)在眼科精密手术器械机械清洗中的应用效果。方法:选取本院600件眼科精密手术器械机械开展本次研究,时间2020年5月~2021年5月,随机将其均分为对照组300件(行常规清洗方法)和观察组300件(行标准操作流程清洗),比较两组应用效果。结果:与对照组清洗态度、清洗质量和器械性能评分相比,观察组均明显偏高(P<0.05);与对照组功能质量合格率和清洗质量合格率相比,观察组均明显偏高(P<0.05);与对照组机械完好率相比,观察组明显偏高(P<0.05)。结论:在眼科精密手术器械机械清洗中实施标准操作流程清洗能够显著提升清洗质量和效率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of SOP in mechanical cleaning of ophthalmic precision surgical instruments.Methods:600 pieces of ophthalmic precision surgical instruments in our hospital were selected to carry out this study from May 2020 to may 2021.They were randomly divided into the control group(300 pieces of conventional cleaning method)and the observation group(300 pieces of standard operation process cleaning).The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the cleaning attitude,cleaning quality and instrument performance scores of the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05);Compared with the qualified rate of functional quality and cleaning quality of the control group,the qualified rate of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the mechanical integrity rate of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of standard operation process cleaning in the mechanical cleaning of ophthalmic precision surgical instruments can significantly improve the cleaning quality and efficiency.
