摘　　要：目的:探讨三维质控管理在手术室眼科精密器械中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月~12月宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院2247件眼科器械,将2020年1月~6月实施常规质控管理的886件设为对照组,将2020年7月~12月实施三维质控管理的1361件设为观察组,比较两组器械不良事件发生率及报告率、操作成绩评分及管理质量。结果:相比对照组患者的报告率、管理质量评分与器械操作成绩评分,观察组患者均更高;相比对照组患者的不良事件发生率,观察组患者更低;均存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:在手术室眼科精密器械中应用三维质控管理能够发挥积极作用,不仅能够使护理质量提高,同时能够提高医护人员的器械操作能力,可减少不良事件发生率。Objective:To explore the application effect of three-dimensional quality control management in ophthalmic precision instruments in operating room.Methods:A total of 2247 ophthalmic instruments were selected from Ningde Hospital Affiliated to Ningde Normal University from January to December 2020.886 instruments with routine quality control management from January to June 2020 were set as the control group,and 1361 instruments with three-dimensional quality control management from July to December 2020 were set as the observation group.The incidence and reporting rate of adverse events,operation score and management quality of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher reporting rate,management quality score and instrument operation score;The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;There were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of three-dimensional quality control management in ophthalmic precision instruments in operating room can play a positive role,not only improve the quality of nursing,but also improve the operation ability of medical staff,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
