中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流术治疗肺癌胸腔积液的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流术治疗肺癌胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法:选择2020年1月~2020年12月128例肺癌胸腔积液患者进行研究,采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组。两组患者各64例,对照组实施传统胸腔穿刺术治疗,观察组实施中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流术治疗。对比临床指标、并发症、生活质量。结果:(1)临床指标对比:观察组患者胸腔积液吸收时间、气促缓解时间、住院时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义,引流量与对照组差异较小(P>0.05),无统计学意义;(2)并发症对比:观察组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义;(3)生活质量对比:观察组患者生活质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:中心静脉导管胸腔积液引流术可有效改善患者临床指标,提高患者治疗安全性,改善患者生活质量。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of closed thoracic drainage with central venous catheter in the treatment of lung cancer pleural effusion.Methods:A total of 128 patients with lung cancer and pleural effusion from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected for the study,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.There were 64 patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional thoracentesis,and the observation group was treated with closed thoracic drainage with central venous catheter.Compare clinical indicators,complications,and quality of life.Results:(1)Comparison of clinical indicators:The absorption time of pleural effusion,the time of shortness of breath,and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant,and the difference in drainage volume was small compared with the control group,(P>0.05),no statistical significance;(2)Comparison of complications:The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,(P<0.05),which was statistically significant;(3)Comparison of quality of life:The quality of life of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion:Central venous catheter thoracic drainage can effectively improve the clinical indicators of patients,improve the safety of patients’treatment,and improve the quality of life of patients.
