皮肤软组织扩张器联合硅凝胶瘢痕贴片在烧伤瘢痕整形修复中的应用与研究

摘　　要：目的:评定烧伤瘢痕整形修复中,将皮肤软组织扩张器联合硅凝胶瘢痕贴片后的疗效。方法:选取2020年1月~2021年3月在本院接受烧伤瘢痕整形修复治疗的90例患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予皮肤软组织扩张器治疗,观察组联合硅凝胶瘢痕贴片治疗,对比瘢痕修复疗效、愈合时间等相关指标、皮肤相关指标及修复效果。结果:观察组的瘢痕整形修复有效率95.56%高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05)。除感染率两组差异不显著外(P>0.05),创面愈合时间、术后皮肤面积等指标差异显著(P<0.05),治疗后随着时间增加,两组VAS评分显著降低(P<0.05),同一时段观察组VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后较治疗前,患者各个维度评分显著提升,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:烧伤瘢痕整形修复中,将皮肤软组织扩张器联合硅凝胶瘢痕贴片可提高瘢痕修复有效率、促进创面愈合、血运恢复、皮肤扩张及活化胶原蛋白,同时减少患者疼痛度。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of skin and soft tissue expander combined with silicone gel scar patch in burn scar plastic surgery.Methods:A total of 90 patients who received burn scar plastic and repair treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method.The control group was given skin and soft tissue expander treatment,the observation group was treated with silicone gel scar patch,and the scar repair efficacy,healing time and other related indicators,skinrelated indicators and repair effects were compared.Results:The effective rate of scar plastic repair in the observation group was 95.56%higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Except that there was no significant difference in infection rate between the two groups(P>0.05),there were significant differences in wound healing time and postoperative skin area(P<0.05).With the increase of time after treatment,the VAS score of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05).At the same time,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of all dimensions of the patients were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Skin soft tissue expander combined with silicone gel scar patch can improve the efficiency of scar repair,promote wound healing,blood flow recovery,skin expansion and collagen activation,and reduce pain.
