改良气管内套管清洗方法的应用及效果

摘　　要：目的:分析改良气管内套管清洗方法的应用价值。方法:研究选取2019年4月~2020年9月本院收治的80例气管切开术后患者,利用双盲法进行分组研究,每组40例,探究组中应用改良气管内套管清洗消毒方法,参比组中应用传统清洗消毒方法,观察指标:并发症发生率、清洗时间、平均住院时间及舒适度评分、护理质量评分。结果:探究组清洗时间(3.93±0.14)min、舒适度评分(92.67±3.55)分、住院时间(24.45±2.44)d,参比组清洗时间(15.24±1.93)min、舒适度评分(60.24±2.61)分、住院时间(33.21±3.62)d,探究组优于参比组,存在对比意义(P<0.05)。探究组并发症(肺部感染、切口感染、套管阻塞)发生率2.50%,参比组并发症发生率为20.00%,对比结果显示探究组并发症发生率更低(P<0.05),两组对比,探究组护理质量评分(23.21±1.34)更高(P<0.05)。结论:应用改良清洗方法实施气管内套管清洗能够有效降低患者临床并发症发生率,使院内气管切开患者的医源性感染事件发生率全面降低,提高患者的临床气管插管的治疗安全性。Objective:To analyze the application value of improving the casing cleaning method in the tracheal tube.Methods:80 patients after tracheotomy treated in our hospital from April 2019 to September 2020 were divided into groups by double-blind method.There were 40 cases in a single group.The improved endotracheal cannula cleaning and disinfection method was used in the exploration group and the traditional cleaning and disinfection method was used in the reference group.There were 40 patients in each group.Observation indexes:incidence of complications,cleaning time average length of stay and comfort score,quality of care quality score.Results:The cleaning time(3.93±0.14)min,comfort score(92.67±3.55)points and hospital stay(24.45±2.44)d in the study group were compared with those in the reference group(15.24±1.93)min,comfort score(60.24±2.61)points and hospital stay(33.21±3.62)d,the study group was better than the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications(pulmonary infection,incision infection and cannula obstruction)in the study group was 2.50%,and that in the reference group was 20.00%.The comparison results showed that the incidence of complications in the study group was lower(P<0.05).Comparing the two groups,the nursing quality score(23.21±1.34)was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of improved cleaning method for endotracheal cannula cleaning can effectively reduce the incidence of clinical complications,comprehensively reduce the incidence of iatrogenic infection in patients with nosocomial tracheotomy,and improve the safety of clinical endotracheal intubation.
