腹腔镜超声在腹腔镜肝胆手术中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析腹腔镜超声在腹腔镜肝胆手术中的应用效果。方法:筛选2019年7月~2021年6月本院收治的80例行腹腔镜肝胆手术治疗患者作为研究对象,依据术式差异将纳入样本分为两组,单组例数40例,记为对比组(腹腔镜肝胆手术)、研究组(腹腔镜超声+腹腔镜肝胆手术),观察评估两组手术指标、并发症发生率以及术后恢复质量和临床疗效等。结果:研究组手术时间、术中出血量以及住院时间均少于对比组(P<0.05)。研究组感染、胆管损伤以及胸腔积液和出血等并发症总发生率5.00%显著低于对比组的20.00%(P<0.05)。研究组QoR-15量表筛选5个维度(生理舒适度、生理独立性、心理支持以及情感和疼痛)评分均较对比组更高(P<0.05)。研究组临床总有效率95.00%明显较对比组的77.50%更高(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜超声在腹腔镜肝胆手术中具有良好应用效果,主要体现在可优化手术指标、降低相关并发症发生以及提高术后早期恢复质量和临床疗效等多个方面。Objective:To analyze the application effect of laparoscopic ultrasonography in laparoscopic hepatobiliary surgery.Methods:From July 2019 to June 2021,80 patients who underwent laparoscopic hepatobiliary surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the included samples were divided into two groups according to the differences in surgical procedures.The number of patients in a single group was 40,which was recorded as the comparison group(laparoscopic hepatobiliary surgery)and the study group(laparoscopic ultrasound+laparoscopic hepatobiliary surgery)were used to observe and evaluate the surgical indicators,complication rates,postoperative recovery quality and clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications such as infection,bile duct injury,pleural effusion and hemorrhage in the study group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.00%)(P<0.05).The QoR-15 scale in the research group had higher scores than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,which was 77.50%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic ultrasonography has a good application effect in laparoscopic hepatobiliary surgery,which is mainly reflected in the optimization of surgical indicators,reduction of related complications,and improvement of early postoperative recovery quality and clinical efficacy.
