摘　　要：超声波治疗仪是临床常用治疗仪器,主要用于精神专科疾病。其具有安全、无创、痛苦小的优点被广大患者所接受,其中838-DML型超声波治疗仪较常见。随着838-DML型超声波治疗仪普及,其维修和管理问题逐渐出现,包括主机能量减少或无输出、变压器输出接线端子情况、脚踏开关情况、主机航空快接插座和功放板问题等。对症维修是解决问题主要措施,而通过提升管理质量,积极培训维修人员职业技能,做到责任在人等是提升838-DML型超声波治疗仪的管理和维护根本途径。Ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus is commonly used in clinical practice,mainly for the treatment of psychiatric diseases.Its advantages of being safe,noninvasive and less painful are accepted by the majority of patients,with the 838-DML ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus being more common.With the popularity of the 838-DML ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus,its maintenance and management problems gradually emerge,including the host energy reduction or no output,transformer output terminal situation,foot switch situation,host aircraft conduit connector socket and amplifier problems.Symptomatic maintenance is the main measure to solve the problem,however,the improvement of management quality,active training of professional skills of maintenance personnel and the belief that responsibility lies with the person are the fundamental ways to improve the management and maintenance of the 838-DML ultrasonic therapeutic apparatus.
